Capelli Adult League  

ALL FIFA RULES APPLY EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING:

No offsides.  Substitutions are free on the fly. (Players coming off must be off in front of their bench before other player can come on.)

7 field players and a goalie (8V8).  A team must field a minimum of 5 players in order to start the game.

No punting for GK or drop kicks over half field

NO SLIDE TACKLING, indirect kick given for slide. Players can slide to save a ball from going out of bounds or if nobody is around them. It is the referee's judgement if there is a player close enough where the slide could have cause contact or a dangerous situation.

 Goal kicks and goalie throws cannot go past midfield in the air without first being touched by a player or the turf.

Penalty kicks are taken from the top of the penalty box. 

All free kick's are indirect. 

Any yellow card issued is a mandatory 2 minutes on the bench, the player may be substituted.  Two yellows results in an ejection from the game, you can substitute for this player.

Red cards are immediate ejections, no substitutions can be made for that game. Team will be notified within three days if any further suspension will be assigned.  The Soccer Director along with the referee will decide on outcome of team and players status.  Any player or team that is suspended / dismissed will not receive a refund.

Any player leaving the bench to fight will receive an automatic red card.

Teams must wear matching colored shirts,

Forfeits, a team will forfeit when it does not field enough players.  Five (5) minutes will be given.  Any team that forfeits will be charged a $40.00 fee to cover referee fee.  No credits are given for forfeits. 3-0 scroe will be posted for a forfeit. 

No player can be rostered for more then one team in any one league. (Exceptions-goalies) This is not allowed during the playoff rounds if applicable.

All teams must be paid in full before the start of the first game.  Capelli Sports Center reserves the right to deny any team playing time due to an unpaid balance.

Capelli reserves the right to change any game time and date when necessary.

Tie breakers for playoff games.  3 Penalty shots per team using team rotation, players do not need to be on field at games end, team scoring most goals wins.  In the event there is still a tie, sudden death PK will be taken with the GK being the first shooter.

 Playoffs-prior to the start of the game, you can challenge 3 players on the opposing team for their age. They must show proper ID to prove that they are the proper age for the division.

Games must start on time. All teams must be present at least 15 minutes before the start of the game. Time will be adjusted for games that start late.

All forfeits will be declared a (3-0) win. Point system, 3 for a win, 1 for a tie, 0 for a loss. Tie breaker criteria, points, Goal differential, head to head, goal against (fewest) and goals scored.

All players are required to sign the roster. They also acknowledge that they have read and understand the rules and will abide by them. He/she has also made arrangements, through insurance or otherwise, for payment of medical bills which may be incurred if he/she sustains any injury while playing. Accordingly, all players waive all claims against GAA Complex and/or against any of its employees,sub-contractors, and officers for reimbursement of medical bills and damages sustained on account of any injury which may occur.
